Where fees go

  1. Curve trades. LaunchLab collects the platform and creator fees. A trade through woop goes through woop_core, which pays the trader's 1.25% rebate in the same transaction. woop_core then claims the fees into the coin's own treasury. Anyone can trigger the claim, but the money can only go to that treasury.
  2. Graduation. The coin's share of pool fees is held as a Fee-Key NFT. woop_core collects the fees it earns into the same treasury. The pool also owes the coin a 0.25% creator fee; woop_core collects it and sends all of it to the creator.
  3. Split. Each claim first repays the rebates paid on that coin's trades through woop and pays the creator's bonus. Then woop_core splits the rest between holders, the creator and woop, at the rates on Fees.
  4. Holders. The holders' share moves to the coin's woop_rewards vault, ready to be claimed.

Checking payouts

Hold-to-earn payouts use Merkle claims. You don't have to trust our numbers.

  • Each period, a Merkle root is posted on-chain to woop_rewards. The root commits to every holder's lifetime total.
  • Each leaf is one wallet and its total. Your claim pays the difference between that total and what you already claimed.
  • The program checks your proof against the root. A root can't promise more than the vault holds plus what's already been claimed.
  • Anyone can submit a claim for a holder, but the money only goes to the holder's own token account.

To check your amount, rebuild the leaf for your wallet from the proof the app gives you and verify it against the root on-chain.
