Picking a pair
Your coin's quote token. Your holders are paid in it.
Your coin's pair is its quote token. It's what your coin's price is measured in, and what your holders are paid in. You pick it at launch.
Your options
Any pair woop has opened. On mainnet that's every usable quote token, 351 of them, out of the 640 on Raydium LaunchLab. Each graduates at about the same dollar size as the
SOL pair (85 SOL). A pair without a live price opens once it has one. The Pairs page shows every open pair.
The quote tokens fall into seven categories:

CryptoSOL, BTC, staked SOL

What it means for holders
Holders earn in the pair token. Pair with
SOL, and holders earn SOL. Pair with
NVDAx, and they earn tokenized NVIDIA stock. Pair with
USDC, and they earn dollars.
Pick a pair your audience already wants to hold. A coin for a stock community can pay in that stock. A coin for a meme community can pay in its meme.
What it means for buyers
Buyers can pay with SOL on any pair. On other pairs, woop swaps their SOL into the pair token in the same transaction, so nobody needs to hold your pair token to buy. Buyers who hold it can pay with it directly.
What it means for you
Your creator fees are paid in the pair token too.
Each pair has its own pair page, listing every coin paired with it. Your coin shows up there for that token's community, and people can launch straight from it.
Share-fee pairs
Only
SOL,
USD1 and
Anon pairs support a share fee inside the trade. On every other pair, our program pays promoters instead.
Nothing changes for you. You earn 0.75% of trades through woop and 0.5% of trades from other apps on every pair, and every trade through woop costs 2% either way. See Creator fees.
