Pairs
Every coin is paired with a quote token. Holders are paid in it.
A coin's pair is its quote token: the token its price is measured in. Raydium LaunchLab has 640 of them, from SOL to tokenized stocks, gold, dollars and memes.
Holders are paid in the pair token. Hold a coin paired with
NVDAx, and your share of fees comes in NVDAx. Hold one paired with
SOL, and it comes in SOL.
Which pairs are open
On mainnet, every one of LaunchLab's 641 quote tokens is a pair. Each one graduates at about the same dollar size as the
SOL pair (85 SOL). The Pairs page marks every pair that's open for launches.
Thin markets
Some pair tokens trade very little: under $50k of liquidity. They're marked Thin market. You can still launch on them, but think about it first:
- Holders are paid in that token, and it may be hard to sell without moving its price.
- Buying with SOL may not work, because there's no deep market to swap through. The trade panel then trades in the pair token itself and tells you.
A token whose ticker copies a real asset (a meme called GME, say) is marked Lookalike ticker.
You can buy any coin with SOL. On other pairs, woop swaps your SOL into the pair token in the same transaction. You can also pay with the pair token itself.

Pair pages
Every quote token has its own page at /pairs: its liquidity and volume, whether it's open for launches, and every woop coin paired with it. A community can find all the coins that pay in its token in one place, and launch a new one from there.
Pairs and share fees
Only
SOL,
USD1 and
Anon pairs support a share fee inside the trade. On other pairs, our program pays promoters from the coin's fees instead. Every trade through woop costs 2% either way. From other apps, a curve trade costs 3% on share-fee pairs and 3.25% on the rest. See Fees.
