Privacy policy

Last updated 3 November 2026

woop (usewoop.xyz) is a launchpad for coins on the Solana blockchain. This policy explains what information woop collects when you use the site and its API, why, who it’s shared with, and the choices you have. We keep it short and only describe what woop actually does.

The short version: most of what woop shows is public blockchain data. We don’t run advertising or analytics trackers, we don’t sell your information, and we never see the private keys of your wallets.

  1. 1. What we collect

    • Public blockchain data. Wallet addresses, trades, balances, payouts and other transactions on Solana are public. woop reads them for coins launched on woop and shows them on coin pages, profiles, portfolios and charts.
    • Login. Where woop offers logging in with Google, email or a wallet, it’s handled by Privy, our login and wallet provider. Privy receives your email address (and, with Google, your Google account’s basic profile) and keeps it under its own privacy policy. woop’s servers don’t store your email address; the site uses your wallet addresses.
    • Your profile. A name, photo and bio, if you choose to set them, or, if you log in with Google and have no photo yet, your Google profile picture. These are public and tied to your wallet address.
    • Coins you launch. The name, ticker, description, images and links you give a coin. These are public, and images are stored on our content delivery network.
    • API keys. If you create an API key, we store it hashed and encrypted, with when it was created, last used and how many requests it has made.
    • Discord verification. If you link your wallet in our Discord, we store your Discord user ID and username, the linked wallet, and its $WOOP balance at each check, to give and update the holder role.
    • Technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting providers record requests to the site and API, including IP address, browser user agent, the page or endpoint, and the time. We use these to keep the service running and secure.
    • Your browser. The site keeps preferences in your browser’s local storage, such as chart settings, your watchlist, which wallets you trade with and the names you give them. These stay on your device and aren’t sent to us. Privy may keep login session data in your browser.
  2. 2. Google user data

If you log in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with Privy, which runs woop’s login. woop doesn’t ask Google for anything else: not your Gmail, contacts, calendar, files or any other Google data.

    • How it’s used: to log you in, keep you logged in, and link your account to its trading wallet. If your woop profile has no photo yet, your Google profile picture becomes it: it’s public on your profile, and you can change it at any time in profile settings.
    • How it’s shared: it isn’t sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
    • How long it’s kept: as long as you have a woop login. You can ask us to delete your login, and you can remove woop’s access at any time in your Google account under Security, then Third-party apps and services.

woop’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  3. 3. How we use it

    • To run woop: show coins, trades, holders, payouts and profiles; build the transactions you ask for and send them to the Solana network once you’ve signed them.
    • To keep woop secure: prevent abuse, investigate problems and enforce our terms.
    • To give Discord roles to verified $WOOP holders.
    • To answer you when you contact us.
  4. 4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the services woop runs on, and only what each needs:

    • Privy: login, and the trading wallets it creates and holds for users.
    • Google: if you choose to log in with Google.
    • Render: hosts the site, our servers and our database, in the United States.
    • Cloudflare: the network in front of the site.
    • Bunny.net: stores and serves coin images.
    • Helius: our connection to Solana. It receives the wallet addresses we look up and the transactions we send for you.
    • Price data providers (SolanaTracker, Jupiter, DexScreener): receive token addresses to look up prices. No personal information.
    • Discord: if you verify in our Discord server.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect woop and its users from fraud or abuse.

  5. 5. The blockchain is public and permanent

Anything recorded on Solana, including your wallet address and every transaction, is public and can’t be changed or deleted by woop or anyone else. Deleting your woop profile doesn’t remove your on-chain history.

  6. 6. How long we keep it

    • Your profile, API key and Discord link: until you change or remove them, or ask us to delete them.
    • Data indexed from the blockchain: as long as woop runs, since it’s public anyway.
    • Technical logs: for a limited time, as set by our hosting providers.
  7. 7. Your choices

    • You can change your profile name, photo and bio at any time in profile settings.
    • You can ask us to delete your profile, API key and Discord link.
    • If you have a trading wallet, you can export its private key at any time from the wallet menu.
    • Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to how it’s used. Contact us to use them.

Contact us on our Discord or on X at @usewoop.

  8. 8. Security

woop never sees or stores the private key of any wallet. Wallets you connect stay in your wallet app, and trading wallets are held by Privy. We protect what we do store with access controls and encryption where it matters (API keys, for example). No system is perfectly secure, so keep your login and any exported keys safe.

  9. 9. Children

woop is not for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

  10. 10. Changes

We’ll update this page when what we collect or how we use it changes, and change the date at the top. Continuing to use woop after a change means you accept the updated policy.
