Terms of use
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of woop: the website at usewoop.xyz, its API, and the tools woop provides for launching and trading coins on the Solana blockchain. By using woop you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use woop.
Trading coins on woop is very risky. You can lose everything you put in. Read the risks below before you trade.
1. Who can use woop
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.
- You must not be on a sanctions list, or be in, or acting for someone in, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions.
- You’re responsible for following the laws where you live, including any rules about trading digital assets and paying tax. Don’t use woop where it’s illegal for you to do so.
2. What woop is
woop is software. It shows information about coins on Solana and builds transactions that you sign to launch and trade them. Trades are carried out by programs on the Solana blockchain, which set the price, collect the fees and apply the trading rules.
- woop is not a broker, exchange, bank or financial adviser, and nothing on woop is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- woop doesn’t hold your funds and can’t sign transactions for you. Once a transaction is confirmed on Solana it can’t be reversed, by woop or anyone else.
- We don’t act on your behalf or recommend any coin. You decide what to trade.
3. Your wallets and login
- You can use a wallet you connect (such as Phantom) or, where offered, a trading wallet. Trading wallets are created and held by Privy, our login and wallet provider. woop never sees their private keys.
- If you have a trading wallet, you can export its private key at any time. Keep it safe: anyone with it controls the wallet.
- You’re responsible for keeping your login (your wallet, Google account or email) and any exported keys secure. If you lose access to them, you may lose access to your trading wallet, and woop can’t recover it or move funds for you.
- Trades signed with your trading wallet go through straight away, without a separate confirmation in a wallet app. Check each trade before you place it.
4. Coins on woop
- Coins on woop are created by users, not by woop. woop doesn’t review, verify or endorse any coin, its creator or anything they say about it. Names, images, descriptions and links come from the creator.
- A coin can lose all its value, and a creator can abandon it. Use the information on coin pages, such as holder concentration and creator activity, to judge it, but it can be incomplete or wrong.
- We may hide or remove a coin, profile or content from woop’s site at any time, for example if it’s illegal, impersonates someone, infringes rights or harms users. We can’t remove anything from the blockchain.
5. Fees, payouts and refunds
- Every trade pays fees, split between the coin’s holders, its creator and woop. The fees and the split for each trade are shown before you trade and in our docs. Solana network fees are on top.
- Fees and rules are set in woop’s on-chain programs and can change. Any change applies to trades after it, never to trades already made.
- Holder payouts depend on how much a coin trades and on woop’s services running. They aren’t guaranteed, can be small or nothing, and can be delayed.
- The only refunds are the ones the on-chain rules provide, such as the refund when a coin on the woopcurve doesn’t graduate in time. woop doesn’t give refunds for losses or mistakes.
6. Risks
By using woop you accept these risks:
- Price risk. Memecoins are extremely volatile and can go to zero within minutes.
- Smart contract risk. woop’s on-chain programs may have bugs that cause losses. Their builds are verified to match their public source code, but they have not yet had an independent security audit. A verified build is not an audit.
- Upgrades. woop can upgrade its on-chain programs, which can change how they work.
- Network and service risk. Solana, woop’s servers and the services woop relies on (such as Privy, Helius and our hosting) can slow down, fail or be unavailable, which can delay or stop trades, payouts and withdrawals.
- Information risk. Prices, market caps, charts and other figures on woop come from on-chain data and third-party sources and can be delayed or wrong.
- Other traders. woop’s rules make some unfair tactics harder, but they can’t stop every one.
- Legal and tax risk. Laws about digital assets change and differ by country, and trades can have tax consequences that are yours to handle.
7. $WOOP
$WOOP is woop’s own coin. Part of woop’s fees buys $WOOP back, and holding enough of it lowers your fees, as described on the $WOOP page. These mechanics can change. $WOOP isn’t a share in woop or a claim on its revenue, and there’s no promise about its price or value.
8. What you mustn’t do
- Break the law, or use woop for fraud, scams or money laundering.
- Manipulate markets, including wash trading or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes.
- Launch coins that impersonate people, brands or projects, infringe anyone’s rights, or carry illegal, hateful or sexual content involving minors.
- Attack, exploit, overload or interfere with woop, its programs or other users, or get around woop’s limits and protections.
- Use the API beyond its limits, or in a way that harms the service or other users.
9. Your content and woop’s
You keep any rights you have in what you upload (coin names, images, profile details) and you let woop show it on the site, in the API and when sharing coins. You’re responsible for having the right to use it. woop’s name, logo and site design belong to woop.
10. No warranty
woop is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, secure, uninterrupted or fit for any purpose.
11. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, woop and the people behind it aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss of funds, coins, profits or data, arising from your use of woop. That includes losses from trading, a coin’s value, bugs in on-chain programs, network or service failures, or anyone else’s actions.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to woop in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover woop for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your breach of these terms, your misuse of woop, or coins and content you create.
13. Changes and ending access
We may change woop or these terms at any time. We’ll update this page and the date at the top, and continuing to use woop means you accept the new terms. We may limit or end your access to woop’s site and API if you break these terms. Your on-chain assets stay yours: you can still reach them through your wallet or an exported key.
